What we do

Operations consulting with AI inside the process, not bolted on top. And when the tool you need does not exist, we build it. We do not sell licences and we are not a partner of any vendor: nobody pays us to recommend software.

Operations with AI

The processes your business runs on, rebuilt.

2–3 weeks

Operations diagnostic

Before spending on technology it helps to know where the money actually is. We come in, look at how your operation really works today, and leave you with a short list of places where AI changes the result.

  • We map your critical processes end to end, handovers between teams included
  • We measure cycle time, cost per transaction and rework
  • We mark where AI genuinely helps and where it only adds noise
  • We review the tools you already have and which of them overlap
  • We check whether your teams are ready for the change or not
What you getThree to five prioritised opportunities with estimated impact and a ninety-day plan. Plus an honest list of what is worth stopping.

4–8 weeks per process

Process redesign with AI

Automating a bad process only makes you wrong faster. Here we start from the result you want and rebuild the whole path, deciding at each step whether a person does it, the machine does it, or they do it together.

  • A clean-sheet redesign that inherits no step that exists only out of habit
  • A clear split of tasks between people and AI, with the handover points defined
  • Controls: who validates, what is recorded and what happens when something fails
  • A real pilot with a real team, not a mock-up
  • Before and after measurement using the same indicators
What you getThe new process running in one team, with before and after numbers, documented so it can be repeated across the organisation.

6–12 weeks

Custom-built tools

Sometimes the redesigned process runs into the fact that the software you need does not exist, or costs a fortune. We have our own development team, so we build it.

  • Assistants that answer questions about your documentation, your rules and your internal knowledge
  • Automation of flows involving documents, forms and scattered data
  • Internal applications for whatever no product on the market covers well
  • Integration with the systems you already use, without forcing you to replace them
  • Compliance and traceability designed in from day one, not patched on at the end
What you getSoftware that is yours, with your code and your data, documented and handed over. No lock-in to us to keep going.
2

People

Because processes are run by people, not by diagrams.

4–12 weeks

Human + AI Skills

Most AI training teaches prompt writing and forgets the actual work. We train on the real tasks of each role, using your documents and your cases, until AI becomes part of the routine.

  • Different programmes by role: a salesperson does not need what a quality manager needs
  • What is worth handing over to AI and what should never be let go
  • How to review what the machine produces without blind trust or blanket suspicion
  • The skills that gain value: judgement, asking good questions, deciding with incomplete information, explaining a decision
  • Follow-up after the sessions, which is exactly when people drop off
What you getTeams that use AI in their Monday morning work, not in a classroom. With good examples saved and shared in-house.

4–8 weeks

New roles and leadership

When part of the work is done by a machine, jobs change. If nobody says so out loud, people work it out for themselves and usually get it wrong.

  • Who supervises, who validates outputs and who decides when there is doubt
  • Updated role descriptions, with what is added and what disappears
  • Specific work with middle managers, who either carry the change or sink it
  • An honest conversation about jobs, instead of corridor rumours
What you getA clear role map, named owners, and team leads who know what to ask for and what to check.
3

Hands-on support

What we have been doing for twenty years, and still do.

Per project or monthly

Operations leadership and Fractional/Interim Management

Sometimes you do not need a diagnostic: you need someone inside with a mandate to execute. We join your team and bring direction, structure and pace from within.

  • Operations leadership through transitions, fast growth or difficult moments
  • Value Management Office for complex initiatives with many stakeholders
  • Change management and internal communication, including the uncomfortable part
  • Operational improvement with no new technology involved
What you getA project that moves, decisions actually taken, and a team that knows who owns what.

Per project

Strategy and business development

We line up where you want to go with what the market and your operation allow. And above all with what can genuinely be executed next month.

  • Business model and growth plans
  • From plan to execution: who, when and with what
  • Culture and organisational change
  • Leadership team development
What you getA strategy that is short, understandable and has an owner for every part.

How it usually starts

Almost always the same way: a half-hour call, a couple of conversations with the people who know the process from the inside, and a one-page proposal. If we can see we are not a fit, we say so before it costs you money.

Tell us which process is costing you money.

Half an hour, no commitment. You come out of it with a concrete opinion, not a sales pitch.
