Who we are
1North started from the idea that hard goals are reached by walking alongside people, not by handing over documents. We have spent more than twenty years inside other people's operations: running them, tidying them up and getting stuck projects moving again.
In short
In that time we have watched a lot of technology waves go by. Almost all of them promised to transform the company and almost all of them ended up as one more tool nobody opens. Artificial intelligence is different in power, but it is being managed just as badly: bought, announced, tested in a corner and forgotten.
That is why we have pointed the firm at what we call AI-Powered Operations. We are still operations consultants, working the same way we always have, but now with AI as the main tool and with our own technical team to build whatever is needed.
And we have added a second axis that almost nobody works on seriously: people. Not as a motivational talk, but as concrete capability. What each role can do with AI, what it has to check, what it decides, and which skills it will need once the repetitive part disappears.
